Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and cheddar cheese to room temperature for easier mixing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, grated Parmesan, milk, chopped green onion, and chopped green pepper.
  3. Mix together thoroughly until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well-blended.
  4. Place a drinking glass upside down in the center of a serving platter or wax paper.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture around the base of the glass, using all of the mixture.
  6. Smooth the cheese mixture into a uniform ring shape, then gently lift and remove the glass to reveal the center hole.
  7. In a small separate bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, chopped parsley, and chopped red pepper.
  8. Pat the pecan and pepper mixture firmly onto the outside of the cheese ring until it is completely coated.
  9. Refrigerate the wreath for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to firm up.
