Lemon Yogurt Twists
Description
These Lemon Yogurt Twists are a delightful blend of savory pastry and sweet citrus. The dough, enriched with yogurt for tenderness and egg for structure, develops a flaky, layered texture through a simple lamination process of rolling, folding, and sugaring. The bright aroma of lemon rind cuts through the richness of the butter, creating a balanced flavor profile that is both comforting and refreshing. Perfect for afternoon tea, holiday gatherings, or as a unique addition to a dessert spread, these twists are visually striking with their golden-brown finish. They offer a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a homemade pastry that feels special yet approachable for home bakers.Ingredients
