Description

  1. SESAME OIL
  2. Place flour in mixing bowl &
  3. make a well in the center.
  4. Add water,stirring quickly w/ fork until a rough dough has formed.
  5. It shouldn't be too sticky & you may not need all the water.
  6. Turn dough onto lightly floured board,
  7. knead until smooth (10 min.),adding more flour if necessary
  8. Place dough in mixing bowl &
  9. cover .
  10. Allow to rest 30 min.
  11. Moisten hands w/ sesame oil.
  12. Pull off golf ball-sized pieces of dough & flatten them.
  13. Brush top of each ball w/sesame oil,place another flattened ball on top.
  14. With rolling pin roll pair of pancakes out together to form a 6-8 in.
  15. circle.
  16. Repeat w/ all dough.
  17. Place each
  18. set of pancakes on baking pan,
  19. bake in moderate oven(325-350) for 1-2 min.,until 1 side puffs up.
  20. Repeat on other side.
  21. Pull pancakes apart while still warm.
  22. Let cool.
  23. Fold each in 1/4's, place on aluminum foil.
  24. Wrap each like package, place on rack over water.
  25. Steam 5-10 min.
