  1. In a sauce pan, over medium high heat, heat oil: add onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic. Cook about 6 minutes. Stir frequently. Add stewed tomatoes, wine, tomato paste and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered. Stir occassionally. Cook untl thickened. Per 1/4 serving: ories, 1 , 1 , 6 s
