  1. Juice 3 Carrots,chopped 10 Potatoes,peeled and chopped 1/2 Head cabbage, chopped Chili powder Salt Black Pepper Ketchup Water Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce Brown
  2. cut up pieces of meat.
  3. Season with chili powder,salt and black pepper.
  4. Add chopped vegetables and V - 8 vegetable juice.
  5. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  6. Add water as needed.
  7. Cook until vegetables are tender and meat is done
