Directions

  1. Wash the beans, cut off the ends & break in half.
  2. Steam them for a few minutes, but do not let them lose their crunchiness.
  3. Drain.
  4. Place in a salad bowl with the onions.
  5. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a jar & shake well.
  6. Pour over the beans.
  7. Serve either hot or cold.
