  1. Bibimbap, literally "mixed rice," is a classic Korean dish consisting of rice with a variety of toppings.
  2. Gochujang-a Korean condiment made from red chiles, glutinous rice, and fermented soybeans-adds pungent flavor.
  3. prepare the short ribs, in a large bowl,
  4. whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame seeds.
  5. Add the short ribs and toss to coat.
  6. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, or

  8. refrigerate In a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high
  9. heat , warm the sesame oil.
  10. Add the rice and pack it down in an even layer.
  11. Cook without stirring until the rice browns and crisps, about 10 minutes, rotating the pan and adjusting the
