  1. Preheat the oven to 350&# 194;°F (175ðC).
  2. Wash and dry all vegetables and herbs thoroughly before chopping and measuring.
  3. Finely chop 1/2 cup parsley, 1/4 cup coriander, 1 tablespoon dill, 1 tablespoon tarragon, and 2 tablespoons tareh (garlic chives).
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, green onions, parsley, coriander, dill, tarragon, and tareh.
  5. Mix 1 tablespoon flour with 1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the greens and toss well to combine.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat 8 eggs until frothy.
  8. Pour the beaten eggs over the seasoned greens and stir well to combine.
  9. Heat 1/4 cup ghee or butter in a 9-inch round casserole dish or deep cake pan in the preheated oven.
  10. Remove the pan from the oven and swirl to coat the sides with the melted fat.
  11. Pour the egg and herb mixture into the prepared pan.
  12. Bake in the moderate oven, one shelf above center, for 45-50 minutes until set and the top is lightly browned.
  13. If the top is not sufficiently browned when set, place the dish briefly under a hot grill to finish.
  14. Serve hot, cut into wedges, with yogurt and flat bread.
