  1. Oil Salt Heat the oil & cook the onion until it turns golden & transparent.
  2. Add the tomatoes & let them cook for 3 minutes.
  3. While they are cooking, roughly mash the peas with a fork.
  4. Transfer the peas to the pan containing the cooking onion & tomatoes.
  5. Cook them for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir from time to time.
  7. Spoon in the ground peanuts & mix well.
  8. Season & continue to cook gently for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with rice.
