Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325&# 194;°F (163ðC).
  2. Finely grind chocolate cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. Add melted butter to the crumbs and process until the mixture is moist and sticks together when pressed.
  4. Firmly press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch deep-dish glass pie plate using plastic wrap to help shape it.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove crust from oven and freeze for 15 minutes until cold and firm.
  7. Spread the butterscotch sauce evenly over the bottom of the frozen crust.
  8. Return the pie to the freezer for 15 minutes until the sauce layer is firm.
  9. Spoon the softened mocha-almond ice cream into the crust, pressing it down to compact it and mounding it slightly in the center.
  10. Freeze the pie for 15 minutes to firm up the ice cream layer.
  11. Spread the slightly warmed hot fudge topping evenly over the ice cream layer.
  12. Freeze for 5 minutes to set the fudge layer.
  13. Press the chopped chocolate-covered toffee pieces gently onto the top of the fudge layer.
  14. Cover the pie tightly with plastic wrap or foil and freeze until very firm, for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  15. Let the pie stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before slicing to allow it to soften slightly for clean cuts.
  16. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
