Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together: Brown sugar, Baking soda, Salt, Cake flour.

In another bowl, cream together: Thick sour cream, Eggs.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in: Nutmeg.
