  1. Set a coffee filter or double thickness of paper toweling in a strainer over a small bowl.
  2. Spoon the yogurt into the filter and refrigerate to drain for 2 hours.
  3. Place the chopped garlic and fresh dill into a food processor.
  4. Add the squeezed spinach, feta cheese cubes, lemon rind, salt, and pepper to the processor.
