Spinach Manicotti
Description
These Spinach Manicotti offer a comforting, classic Italian dinner experience with a healthier twist. The filling is a vibrant mix of fresh spinach and creamy ricotta cheese, seasoned with garlic and nutmeg, creating a rich yet light texture. Each shell is generously stuffed and nestled in a velvety white sauce made from skim milk and a touch of chicken broth for depth. Topped with melted mozzarella and parmesan, they bake until golden and bubbly.Ingredients

-
Season the sauce with remaining salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
-
Pour half of the white sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange filled manicotti shells in a single layer in the dish; pour remaining sauce over the top.
