  1. Preheat the oven to 350&# 194;°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the orzo according to package directions until al dente, then drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, beaten eggs, half of the spaghetti sauce, and 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Press the orzo mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate to form a crust shell.
  6. Cook the frozen chopped spinach according to package directions, then drain very well to remove excess moisture.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the drained spinach, ricotta cheese, and ground nutmeg until well combined.
  8. Spoon the spinach filling into the orzo crust, spreading it evenly.
