  1. In heavy saucepan boil water and sugar for 5 minutes: do not stir.
  2. Add strawberries; cook 5 minutes more.
  3. Stir in Lemon juice; cool.
  4. Puree.
  5. Pour into 13 x 9 pan.
  6. Freeze 2 hours; beat until smooth.
  7. Repeat freezing and beating.
  8. Freeze 8 hours
