  1. FOR CHICKEN OR PORK-- 1/2 c Soy sauce 1/2 c Pineapple juice 1/4 c White wine-or white grape
  2. Mix ingredients for each marinade and
  3. marinate steaks or chicken up to 24 hours in the fridge.
  4. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce to steak marinade
