Freshly ground black pepper 3 tb Butter or margarine 1/4 c Finely minced fresh onion 1 Medium clove garlic,minced 1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 c Beef broth 1/4 c Brandy Pound steak to 1/8" thickness.

Coat one side of steak with mustard.
