  1. strips 1 c Hot cooked rice In a small bowl,
  2. stir together steak sauce, mustard, cornstarch and broth until smooth;
  3. set aside.
  4. Sprinkle beef strips with plack pepper; using flat side of a cleaver or meat mallet, pound pepper into strips.
  5. Place wok over medium heat; add oil.
  6. When hot, add seasoned beef strips; stir-fry until lightly browned.
  7. Stir in onion and bell pepper; stir-fry 30 seconds.
  8. Add steak sauce mixture to wok; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
  9. Serve over hot cooked rice.
