  1. Salt, pepper, and nutmeg 6 tb Chopped onions 4 tb Chopped bacon 2 tb Parsley, minced 3 ea Eggs 1/4 c Bread crumbs 1/4 c Cooked rice
  2. Soak lid of clay cooker.
  3. Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers.
  4. Set stuffed peppers into the cooker.
  5. Cover and put into cold oven.
  6. Turn to 425F (218&# 194;°C) and bake for 60 minutes.
