Brown meats in heavy skillet.

Add onion and pepper and saute until tender.

Drain off and discard excess liquid.

Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Put half of the squash or zucchini into 13 x 9 pan.

Cover with half of the sauce and meat mixture, then with half of the mozzarella cheese.
