On, well scrubbed, sliced in 1/4-inch-thick rounds Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/4 c Orange marmalade 1/2 ts Kosher salt White pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Lightly grease a cookie sheet with the oil and arrange potato slices in rows, not overlapping.
