cut in 1" cubes 2 Cloves garlic, crushed 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper 1 ts Sugar 2 tb Lemon juice 1 tb Soy sauce Rub beef with garlic, pressing garlic into meat.
