  1. cut up 1/2 c Butter, melted 1/2 c Maple syrup 1/2 ts Grated lemon rind 1 ts Salt 1 ds Of pepper 1/4 c Almonds, chopped 2 ts Lemon juice
  2. Place chicken pieces in shallow buttered baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour evenly over chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered 50-60 minutes at 400 F (204&# 194;°C).
  5. Baste occasionally.
  6. Delicious on a bed of rice
