Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350&# 194;°F (175ðC). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Melt 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 4 ounces of the white chocolate together in the top of a double boiler over hot water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 4 ounces of white chocolate until fully blended. Set aside to cool slightly.

  6. Add the flour to the bowl and beat just until smooth and combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chunks by hand until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares or bars.
