  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Wrap each patty completely around 1 hard- cooked egg.Press edges to seal.
  4. Dip sausage wrapped eggs in beaten egg;
  5. roll in bread crumbs until coated.
  6. Place in ungreased 15 x 10" jelly
  7. roll pan.
  8. Bake @ 450 degrees 30 minutes,until meat is browned and cooked
