In lg. bowl, cream together the sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir well to mix. Sift together all dry ingred. and then sift into mixing bowl. Grate zucchini, skin and all, into the bowl and stir until blended. Pour into greased, floured 13 x 9 pan.
