Description

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease and flour a baking pan, or line with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl: Rum, Brandy, Cherry brandy, Cointreau, Water.
  4. Add the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
