thick 1 Clove garlic peeled & minced 1/4 c Wine vinegar 1 tb Brown sugar 1 ts Paprika 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c Ketchup 1 ts Salt 1 ts Dry or prepared mustard 1/4 ts Black pepper

Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1" wide.

Place these in the crockpot.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
