Directions

  1. Salt and pepper 1/4 c Molasses 1/2 ts Hickory smoke 1/4 c Vinegar 1/4 c Catsup 1 tb Instant minced onion
  2. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in a crock-pot.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the turkey.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
  6. If the turkey legs are small,
  7. serve one thigh or one drumstick per person; if large,
  8. slice off the meat and
  9. serve with sauce.
