Rice; hot, cooked *Remove all skin and any fat from chicken before cooking.

DO NOT DRAIN the pineapple, include the juice in the crockpot.

Mince the ginger if using fresh ginger.

For crockpot cooking -Put vegs.

Sprinkle tapioca over vegetables.
