  1. Place potatoes in Dutch oven with boiling water, cover and cook 10-15 minutes.
  2. Fry bacon until transparent, add onion and cook until onion is soft and bacon is lightly browned.
  3. Add bacon, onion, bacon drippings and fish fillets to potatoes.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes and fish are done.
  5. Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley
