  1. Preheat oven to 350&# 194;°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, ground pork, oatmeal, minced onion, and minced green pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the beaten eggs with beef granules, pepper, allspice, and thyme.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the meat mixture.
  5. Blend all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
