In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let stand until foamy.

Add Flour, Salt and mix until a dough forms.

Turn dough onto floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.

Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.

Punch down dough and shape as desired.

Cover and let rise again until nearly doubled.

Preheat oven to 375F (190C).

Bake until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped.

Cool on wire rack before slicing.
