  1. Mix the cornstarch, orange juice,orange rind and honey in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the margarine until it melts. Add the orange sections to the sauce or use as garnish. Serve warm over the pancakes (MM#54)
