Sicilian Ragu
Description
This hearty Sicilian ragu combines ground pork with a sofrito of onion, celery, and carrot for a deep, savory flavor base. The sauce is enriched with fresh tomatoes and brightened with mint and parsley, creating a unique balance of earthy and herbal notes. Slow simmering allows the flavors to meld into a thick, luxurious consistency perfect for coating pasta or serving over polenta. Ideal for weekend family dinners or meal prep, this versatile sauce captures the rustic essence of traditional Italian cooking with minimal effort.Ingredients
