Vegetable Burgers
Description
These robust vegetable burgers feature a blend of bulgur wheat, chickpeas, and walnuts for a satisfying texture. Sautéed mushrooms, carrots, and onions add depth of flavor, while tahini and lemon juice provide a savory, tangy kick. Grill the chilled patties until golden brown and serve on toasted rolls with fresh toppings.Ingredients
